Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LaunchWar, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

What LaunchWar Is
LaunchWar is a competitive visibility marketplace for startups. Users may submit products to public leaderboards where they compete for position through verified bids processed via Creem.io.
LaunchWar is not a search engine, a paid advertising platform, or a guaranteed-placement directory. Rankings are determined by confirmed bid totals.

Accounts
To use LaunchWar, you must create an account via GitHub or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
Each user may only register one active productat a time. Submitting multiple products through alternate accounts is prohibited.

Product Submissions
You may submit a product by providing its name, website URL, logo URL, description, and category. Submissions are subject to automated moderation.
You represent that you have the right to submit the product and that the information provided is accurate.

Moderation and Approval
All submissions are analyzed by an automated moderation system. Products may be approved, placed in review, or rejected.
Rejected products are flagged with specific reasons. An admin may manually review and override moderation decisions.

Bids and Payments
Bids are placed through Creem.io, a third-party payment processor. All payments are processed in USD.
A bid is binding once confirmed through Creem. You may only hold one confirmed bid per product. The minimum bid is $5.00 (subject to category-specific minimums). To overtake an existing total, your bid must exceed it by the configured minimum increment.
Refunds and disputes are handled by Creem.io according to their own policies.

Leaderboards and Rankings
Rankings are determined by the cumulative total of confirmed bids. Rankings are dynamic and can change at any time as other users place bids.
We do not guarantee any specific ranking, position, or level of visibility for any product or user.

Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Submit fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading products
- Use automated systems to place bids or manipulate rankings
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent the one-product-per-user rule
- Attempt to interfere with the payment or moderation systems
- Use LaunchWar for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property
The LaunchWar platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by LaunchWar. You retain all rights to the content you submit, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.

Third-Party Links
LaunchWar links to and integrates with third-party services including GitHub, Google, Creem.io, and Resend. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Availability of the Service
LaunchWar is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

Disclaimers
LaunchWar is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will meet your requirements or that use will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchWar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of LaunchWar after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
